Registration includes limited transportation, coffee breaks, professional development sessions, exhibit hall access, exhibit hall ribbon cutting, brunch, hospitality night, the Governor's Farewell, the Spouses Luncheon, and the States Dinner. Registration Fee for O1-O3 & WO1-CW2 is FREE, O4-O6 & WO3-CW5 is $50, all other attendees $180.

Please note: In order to book your room on Indiana's block, I will need your full credit card information listed on this registration form. This will be used to hold your room, it will not be charged until check-in.

Refunds less a $15.00 administrative fee will be granted for requests received in writing prior to 12:00PM EST July 15, 2023.
