2026 Conference & Industry Day Registration

MOVE IN DATES: Thursday 1/8 & Friday 1/9. -- MOVE OUT DATE: Sat 1/10 -- Contracted hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Edinburgh. The rate is $129 plus tax, with some per diem rates available upon request. Registration link will be available soon. This year your exhibit space will come with one or two attendees depending on which you choose. If you would like to bring additional attendees, please reach out to Hope at 318-446-1336. This year's event will include a Friday evening industry event to include heavy Hors d'oeuvres, breakfast, lunch, and a States dinner Saturday evening, as well as a hospitality suite in the evenings at the contracted hotel.

INTERESTED IN BECOMING A 2026 CORPORATE PARTNER?

We know this year’s Conference/Industry Day is happening earlier than usual, and we completely understand that many of our future 2026 Corporate Partners may not have had the chance to officially register as a partner just yet.

To make things easy, if you decide to become a 2026 Corporate Partner at a level that includes a discounted conference registration, the amount you pay to register for this year’s event will be deducted from your partnership cost once your partnership is finalized.

This way, you can secure your spot at the conference now and still receive the full value of your partnership investment later.
